Using the Vodder Method, we work with the body’s superficial lymph node regions. Gentle, specific skin-stretching and pumping techniques are used to facilitate lymphatic drainage towards those nodes.
This service is beneficial for anyone who is dealing with chronic pain, swelling, has recently undergone surgery, or is just looking to relax.
(Please consult with your surgeon to see if MLD is best for you. I will not see clients who have drains intact or those who are less than 2 weeks post op.)
90-minute sessions are recommended for those who want full-body (front and back) work.
30 minutes: $75

A customized massage using relaxing and therapeutic techniques to target your needs. Hot towels are used in each session.
Before the service, we will talk about your needs and goals. Certain modalities may be utilized during the session to help you reach those goals.
Modalities may include: Cupping Therapy, Myofascial Release, Lymphatic Drainage, and Essential Oils
